Did you ever find a solution? I’ve just been dealing with this same issue at work and it’s maddening. I’ve tried Googling for a solution as creatively as I can, and still nothing that seems to work.

It is me, yes! And sadly, no, I have not found a solution… I’ve just had to live with it. If you come across a solution please let me know!
